30 May 2009. India's Shreyasi Singh won gold in the junior women's trap event at the 1st International Junior Shotgun Competition at Ormatilla, Finland.
Shreyasi shot an excellent score of 68/75 in the qualification round to qualify for the finals and also established a new national record in the process. In the finals, the Delhi based shooter shot 14/25 to win her maiden international medal.
