Chandigarh, May 14 : The delhi police arrested A S Bindra, father of Beijing Olympic's Gold medalist Abhinav Bindra this evening
Mr. Bindra was arrested from his farm house near Zeerakpur this evening,Punjab police sources here said.
He was arrested in a case of cheating and forgery registered at the Cannaught Place police station in the Natinal Capital.The case was registered on the complaint of a Delhi Based Businessman a few days back.
Mr Bindra runs a meet export business and also has another business interests. Mr. Bindra was taken to the Sector 32 Medical college for a medical examination before being taken to delhi.
